Ruben Alcoba is a Miami patent attorney. He has personally handled over 500 patent andtrademark law matters:he focuses his practice on patent and trademark prosecution, in laymanterms, he prepares patent and trademark applications and prosecutes them before the U.S.Patent and Trademark Office.

 

He is a member of the Florida Bar.  Mr. Alcoba is admitted to practice law before the United States District Courtfor the Southern District of Florida and the United States Patent andTrademark Office.

 

Mr. Alcoba received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Florida International University in 1995 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998.  He served in the United States Army from 1985 to 1988.  Mr. Alcoba is fluent in Spanish.
