Luis D. Carreja, Esq.

 

Luis D. Carreja is an attorney in the Real Estate Department of Alcoba Law Group. PA. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate transactions, commercial leasing, condominiums, affordable housing, distressed property acquisitions, loan work-outs, and foreclosures. In addition, now Luis will provide litigation support in patent infringement and trademark infringement matters.

 

Luis D. Carreja was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.  Mr. Carreja brings a wide variety of legal experience to the Firm with a concentration in the areas of Real Estate and Community Association law.

 

Mr. Carreja started his legal career as a Criminal Defense attorney in Merritt Island, Florida.  Thereafter, Mr. Carreja practiced in both the transactional and litigation phases of Real Estate.

 

During his career, Mr. Carreja has handled matters which range from a simple eviction to complex Real Estate litigation.  In addition, as a Community Association attorney, Mr. Carreja has served as General Counsel for hundreds of condominium and homeowners’ associations.  Further, Mr. Carreja has served in supervisory roles and most recently was responsible for managing more than five hundred cases.
